HEADTEACHER WELCOME
Dear Parents, Carers and Friends,
I am delighted to welcome you to our website. I am very proud to be Head of School here at Caedmon Primary and would like to thank you for taking the time to have a look at what we offer to our children, staff, parents and the community as a whole.
At Caedmon, we aspire to be the best that we can be and we endeavour to give our children the greatest opportunities in life to succeed and prepare them with skills for life. Our children are at the heart of everything we do as we believe they are our future.
Our school is very nurturing and we follow the 'Thrive' approach to support our children's emotional needs. Staff within our school look at the children as individuals and create a warm and caring environment within the classroom that allow the children to flourish.
We foster the children's love for learning and ensure we give them a variety of learning opportunities by creating an 'Enquiry-based approach' to learning.
Here at Caedmon, we are always striving for improvement and our latest journey is to embed OPAL at lunchtime to transform children's opportunities for play. Please look at our Facebook page for updates on this and other exciting steps on our journey.
I hope you choose our school and would love to meet you and your family soon.
Mrs Rachel Bergamino

Year 3 had a gorgeous afternoon looking at mental health. We looked at different emotions and when we feel them. We then presented our ideas.😁☹️😡
Then we made positive affirmation hearts for the children to read every single day to show them how amazing they are!
