Behaviour Owl and Cushion Award
To win the Caedmon Owl (Ollie) to sit on your desk all week and the purple Star cushion to have on your seat, you need to demonstrate excellent behaviour and be an excellent role model for others all week.

Caedmon Characteristics Certificates
At Caedmon, we have the four Caedmon Characteristics: Confident, Ambitious, Respectful, Engaged.
To promote these within school, each class gives a certificate to someone who has been a shining star for each of the characteristics each week.
Golden Tickets
To promote excellent behaviour for learning, each teacher gives a certificate each lesson to someone who has worked hard and behaved well. The children receive a golden ticket which gets placed in a pot until Friday. One winner is pulled out of the pot on a Friday and the winning child receives a prize.
